At Just Wandering Outdoor Therapy, I provide psychodynamic outdoor psychotherapy designed to support deeper self-understanding and lasting change.

This approach combines psychodynamic therapy with the calming, regulative presence of the natural environment. Rooted in the understanding that unconscious patterns and early relational experiences shape current behaviour and emotional life, psychodynamic therapy supports insight, emotional processing, and long-term growth. 

As we walk, sit, or simply breathe outdoors, we create space to gently explore your inner world — using nature’s metaphors to illuminate feelings, relationships, and experiences that might otherwise remain hidden. Meeting outdoors allows nature to act as a co-therapist — offering a grounding, spacious setting in which to explore complex feelings, relational dynamics, and the deeper layers of your inner experience.
