Individual Outdoor Psychotherapy

Outdoor therapy offers a different kind of setting—one that invites movement, fresh air, and the calming rhythm of the natural world. Whether walking side by side or settling in a peaceful spot, these sessions create space for reflection, connection, and healing in a way that feels grounded and open.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and takes place at the same time and in the same location each week—chosen by you. You also decide the pace and the direction we move in, both physically and emotionally. Whether that means walking, sitting, or simply being, the session unfolds in a way that feels right for you.
This approach can be especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply drawn to being outside. There’s no pressure to perform or be a certain way—just a chance to be yourself, supported by a compassionate therapist and the natural world around you.
