Getting Started
Reach out to schedule a brief 15-minute phone call to ask questions and see if psychodynamic therapy feels right for you.
First Sessions: Online and Outdoors Consultation
Your first session is a 50-minute online meeting where we’ll explore your current challenges and your connection to nature. We’ll also plan your next session together. The second session will be outdoors, in a location you choose—giving you a chance to experience how we work, set therapy goals, and build trust in a natural setting.
We’ll have a clear foundation to build on, and you’ll have the freedom to decide if continuing the work feels right for you.
The Work
There’s no fixed timeline for this work—it’s a process of ongoing discovery. Some clients come for a short period during a time of transition, while others stay longer to explore deeper patterns. However long you choose to continue, the aim is to support your growth in a way that feels steady, meaningful, and rooted in your lived experience.

Through ongoing dialogue and reflection, we’ll explore recurring themes, emotional blocks, and relational patterns that may be holding you back. This process helps you develop greater self-awareness and emotional insight, paving the way for meaningful and lasting change.
You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. The work unfolds gradually, through conversation, reflection, and a growing sense of connection—with yourself, with the therapy, and with the natural world around you.
